Privacy policy

This document describes how Korty w Polsce, available at www.kortywpolsce.pl, actually behaves: what data is processed, when analytics runs and how to withdraw consent.

Data controller

The controller of personal data processed on the site is the operator of Korty w Polsce. Contact for personal data matters: kontakt@kortywpolsce.pl.

What data we process

Cookies and browser storage

The site stores only two things in your browser: your cookie consent choice and a marker that you have rated a court, so the same person cannot rate one court repeatedly (both in localStorage). Google analytics cookies appear only after consent. We do not use advertising cookies or profiling tools.

Third-party services

Legal basis and retention

We process analytics on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. We process ratings and correction reports on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the directory accurate (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Reports are deleted once handled, no later than after 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). We handle such requests at kontakt@kortywpolsce.pl. Because ratings and reports are stored anonymously, identifying a single entry may be impossible — in that case we will tell you.

Changing your cookie decision

To withdraw consent to analytics, clear the site data in your browser — the banner will appear again and you can choose differently.
